AY Piano School Terms and Conditions.

Payments:

All lessons are to be paid for in advance. 

Payments are made for 4 lessons at a rate of $110 per hour. After the fourth lesson a new invoice will be sent out.

Online International (outside of Australia) students are able to pay for each lesson separately.

The “Trial lesson”:

The first lesson (or “Trial lesson”) is charged at $110 per hour. However if the student decides to continue having piano lessons, then the “Trial Lesson” becomes free and its cost is deducted from the next invoice.

“Trial Lesson” does not apply to International students (outside of Australia).

Online lessons:

All online lessons attract a 10% discount. 

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at full rate, unless a medical certificate or a written explanation by a parent is presented.

Parents:

Lessons are conducted one-on-one with the student, while parents are welcome to wait in the lounge room.

Punctuality:

In the instance of student’s late arrival to the lesson, no make up time will be provided due to scheduling of subsequent lessons.
